1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of Lacort Medical websites, platforms, and participation in events organized or coordinated by Lacort Medical Limited.

2. Independent Medical Education

All educational activities are:

✔ scientifically balanced
✔ free from commercial control

Sponsors have no influence over content, faculty, or program design.

 

3. Event Participation

Lacort reserves the right to:

• deny or revoke access to any participant

• remove individuals for inappropriate or disruptive behavior

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

 

4. Sponsors

Sponsor Conduct and Right of Removal:

Sponsors participating in any event organized or coordinated by Lacort Medical Limited are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times, in accordance with applicable laws, industry regulations, and the standards of the scientific and medical community.

Lacort Medical Limited reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, restrict, or terminate a sponsor’s participation at any time, including but not limited to cases of:

• inappropriate, disruptive, or unprofessional behavior

• attempts to influence or interfere with the independent scientific program

• non-compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, or industry standards

• misrepresentation of products, services, or claims

• any conduct that may harm the integrity, reputation, or operation of the event

In such cases, the sponsor may be removed from the event, including revocation of exhibition space, speaking opportunities, or any associated benefits.

No refund, compensation, or reimbursement shall be provided in the event of such removal, and Lacort Medical Limited shall bear no liability for any resulting loss or damages.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, content, and branding developed by Lacort remain:

✔ property of Lacort Medical

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Lacort Medical shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages

• loss of profits, business, or opportunity

• third-party actions

Participation in events is at the attendee’s own risk.

 

7. Event Changes

Lacort reserves the right to:

• modify programs

• change speakers or schedules

• cancel events if necessary

 

8. Third-Party Services

Lacort is not responsible for:

• venue operations

• travel arrangements

• third-party services

 

9. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising shall be resolved through international arbitration, under mutually agreed rules and neutral jurisdiction.

Lacort Medical Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date. Continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of such modifications.
